I am a true believer in the elements and yoga and how enjoying yoga outdoors can bring your practice to a whole new level. I regularly teach yoga outdoors at the Castle Lake in Bailieborough, Co. indoor classes.
My indoor classes run in Mullagh and Bailieborough in 4 week blocks. General class focuses include Vagus Nerve & Chakra Yoga (90 minutes) and Wise Woman Yoga 35+ (60 minutes).
