My yoga workshops, classes and retreats are all beautifully encased in the trauma-informed framework. Offering a compassionate space for you to start to safely explore your body and breath. Weaving together ancient yogic wisdom and modern neuroscience to offer a blend of old and new, bringing balance to the nervous system.
This is your practice, know that all of you is welcome here. You can expect invitational language with lots of modifications and use of props. Please feel comfortable during any of the classes and events to take a shape that serves you best. Listening to what your body needs and honoring your yes and your no is a key aim of the experience. Helping you to feel like you can make positive, empowering choices with your body and breath.
